01 · the problem
Counteroffers and inspection problems were getting caught too late — buried under listing alerts, newsletters, and everything else that lands overnight.
02 · what I built
Software that reads the inbox and calendar overnight and hands over a ranked list of what actually needs them that day. It pulls in what it knows about each deal and drafts the next step. Genuinely urgent things send a text.
03 · where it lives
On their own server, under their own brand. Handled things stay handled — it doesn't re-raise the same item every morning. I host it, monitor it, and fix it when it breaks.
