Hosting, Maintenance & Care
Nothing is done when it launches — software least of all. The monthly fee covers hosting, backups, updates, and monitoring, so somebody notices a problem before you do. For software that's me watching it every day; for websites it's upkeep plus the small edits you need along the way.
